With over 15 years in the health and wellness industry, Taryn Towers is dedicated to transforming lives through holistic health practices. As the founder of Longevity Wellness Concierge, Taryn has built a career helping individuals achieve their best selves by losing weight, building muscle, fostering healthier mindsets, detoxifying from toxic environments, and regulating hormones. She holds certifications as a strength and conditioning coach, Mindset and Life Coach, and various other health and wellness credentials.
Throughout her journey, Taryn developed a profound interest in the brain and its integral connection to the body. She recognized a gap in how we prioritize brain health compared to other aspects of our physical well-being. While many of us routinely visit cardiologists, orthopedists, endocrinologists, personal trainers, and nutritionists, few regularly check on the health of their brain. This insight led her to the powerful world of neurofeedback.
Taryn firmly believes that many societal challenges are neurological in nature and can be effectively addressed by focusing on brain health. Her passion for neurofeedback grew from this realization, and she is now committed to helping individuals operate at their highest potential, aligning with her life's mandate to support people in fulfilling their God-given purposes.
